第一句话写得很好，翻译也就随之变难了，但是也不是不可译。
“每件事情体现的规律的实质”这句话建议汉语稍微修改一下。
“更理性客观和更全面深刻的”：译成英语比较似乎显得没有对照物，也许汉语也应该考虑省掉“更”字。
“我将铭记这些缺点”我在英语译文中加上了“争取改正这些缺点”，不知道楼主是否赞同。
“扎实的人”：扎实二字用得不妥，建议改为“稳重”之类的。

The persons who know me well let me play my strength to the full in the long run,because I am not the kind of sprinter who is gifted to catch what he or she wants in a short term.

Versatility makes me attempt to do many interesting things in life. My enjoyment is in maximum when I do what I like. Besides, I want to understand the essence of everything.
